MAD Terms and conditions.
- If you‘re dropping off you are dropping off to my garage and you will need transportation back to your home. I can provide a ride back (courtesy) to your residence. I do ask that you set up a pick up in advance if you can. Once services are complete I will contact you look over and come pick up your vehicle and set up payment.
- Payment must be made in full the day of the detail. I can take cash,venmo or debit. (Checks no longer accepted,credit cards limited)
- Mitchell Auto Detail reserves the right to change or alter an appointment and I will let you know as soon as possible if there’s changes In date or time of service.
- Every vehicle and every client has different needs and thus times from appointments for vehicles are just examples and may be shorter or longer depending on condition of the vehicle.
- Please be advised to remove any and all personal items and belongings from your vehicle prior the detailing. MAD is not responsible for lost or missing items. Mitchell Auto Detail will not clean your center console or glovebox if it’s full of personal items. For liability reasons I will not remove seats or child seats.
- Pricing for details may vary as every vehicle is different and times and conditions will vary and change at any time. Pricing is subject to change at any time.
- Due to a small volume of online no shows. If you book an appointment and do not show up or fail to communicate in a timely manner (24 hours) about the appointment then you forfeit your online deposit. No refunds for online deposit holders if you fail to show up. My time is valuable and I have other clients who need their vehicles detailed. I realize this may be an inconvenience to some but I have a zero tolerance policy for people who are time wasters and who have no intention of getting their vehicles detailed. I am a one man operation and actual clients who book are priority first come first serve. Thank you for your understanding. Happy details!
